Payments must be made prior to completion of the service when booking via the website. Cancellation Policy: -48-Hour Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, for a full refund. - 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £15 charge. - Same-Day Cancellations: The full fee will be charged for cancellations on the day of the appointment.
