Please take note of the following policies regarding payment and cancellations: Payment Methods: We accept cash and **card payments for all same-day services. Payments must be made prior to completion of the service when booking via the website. Cancellation Policy: -48-Hour Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, for a full refund. - 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a £15 charge. - Same-Day Cancellations: The full fee will be charged for cancellations on the day of the appointment. However, you will have the option to rebook at your convenience with credit applied to your booking. By booking an appointment with Hear Clear Ear Care, you agree to adhere to this policy.
