Delivery of Your Hearing Aids

Once ordered, your hearing aids will normally arrive within 10 days.

An appointment will be established, either in-branch or at your home, which ever you prefer.

Fitting Your Hearing Aids

Fitting will take approximately 1 hour. During this time the aids will be checked for correct fit, comfort and will be programmed to your hearing loss. Some hearing aids have multi programmes and these will be set up during this time.

Programming Your Hearing Aids

Common programmes selected are normally for everyday listening, reduction of background noise such as restaurant, social clubs etc, and for church and theatre goers, where induction loop is available, telecoil can be incorporated (T).

Fine Tuning Your Hearing Aids

Once the fitting has been successfully completed a second appointment will be established for a follow-up call to make any necessary adjustments to the your hearing aids after you have had the chance to use them in various environments.
